Cancelling invoices

Cancelling invoices with Billbee is just as easy as creating invoices. All you have to do is select the order that should be canceled and, in the next step, choose whether you want to cancel all order items or just some of the items. Once that's done, you simply generate your cancellation invoice with Billbee.

Once the invoice has been canceled, it still has to find its way to your customer. Here you now have the option to manually send the cancellation invoice to your customer or automate the whole thing via rules. Triggered by a status change made by you, with a rule, the cancellation invoice can be calculated with a configured by you Email text be sent to the recipient.

Design the cancellation invoices according to your wishes

The layout of your cancellation invoices can be — as with others Order documents - adapt to your shop design. You can use Billbee's built-in layout editor for this. Adjust the cancellation invoice layout to your liking by adjusting font sizes and types or adding your logo.
