Your monthly costs depend on the number of orders processed per month. Orders are defined as all orders, refunds, cancellations, and credit notes created or imported in Billbee. The import or creation date in Billbee is the determining factor. The stated price is net and excludes VAT.

No, there is no contract lock-in with Billbee. You can cancel Billbee flexibly at any time.

The import or creation date in Billbee is the determining factor. This price truly includes all features, all integrations, and support. No matter what parts of Billbee you use or how you use them—you only pay based on your processed orders, and there are guaranteed no hidden fees!
The minimum monthly fee is €9. This base fee applies even if 0 orders are imported into your account.

If you send a support request to support@billbee.io and do not receive a reply by the end of the next business day, your fees for that entire month will automatically be waived. The Service Guarantee applies from Monday to Friday. Public holidays in at least one German state are excluded. For example, if you submit a request on Monday, our commitment is to reply by Tuesday at the latest. If you write on a Saturday or a holiday, our commitment is to reply by the business day after the next. Please note that a response may take longer than 24 hours, as your request simply needs to be answered by the end of the next business day. Using the example above, if you submit a request on Monday at 9:00 AM, we aim to reply by the end of the business day on Tuesday.

The automatic upgrade from the Starter plan to the Growth plan occurs as soon as you process more than 200 billed orders in three consecutive months. Once you enter the Growth plan, this status remains permanent—even if your monthly orders later drop below the 200 mark. This means you will permanently keep your free access to the included tools.

In that case, your free access to the connected tools will also end. You can, of course, continue to use them, but your account with the respective provider will be switched to a regular paid subscription.

You can do this in the Billbee settings for your online stores and marketplaces. Your existing data in Billbee will remain intact and will not be lost. As long as your Billbee account exists, you can access and download your data. If you import or create zero orders*, you will only be charged the €9 (net) monthly base fee.

No, that is not possible. Billbee is only available as an all-inclusive package where all users enjoy the exact same features. That's why we use all-inclusive pricing based solely on your order volume*. We encourage you to use this opportunity to try out more of Billbee's features, like handling shipping directly through Billbee or managing your products within the software.

You will receive the codes automatically via email. They are sent based on your current plan. For example, if you upgrade from the Starter to the Growth plan, the new codes will be emailed to you automatically. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). Note that your trial period must be over to take advantage of this benefit.

No, we cannot issue the codes before your trial ends or before the respective plan upgrade.
