Define tags yourself or set them automatically

Tags can be used in a variety of ways at Billbee, now discover a few application examples:

Mark orders with tags

Tags can occur in various cases: Either you define the tags yourself or they are automatically added to your order during certain processes.

With the self-defined tags, there are no limits to your creativity, as you can define the tag texts according to your wishes. We have collected two practical examples of this:

• Some of the delivery dates of orders must first be coordinated with a shipping company and the tag “Coordinate delivery date” is then set for these orders. (Professional tip: Automate the whole thing so that when a specific item is included in the order (because it has to be delivered by a shipping company, for example), the tag is set automatically.)
• Do you still include some additional information or a nice gift for new customers? Then set the tag “new customer” for these orders. (Pro tip: Stop the day with the wildcard {tags} on your Order documents print it, because that way every one of your employees can see this information right away!)

Some tags, in turn, are set automatically by Billbee. These include the following:

• Remote sales: Is the order a remote sale and you accept OSS and if you have activated the appropriate option so that a tag should be set automatically, then Billbee sets the “Remote Sales” tag. You don't have to define this tag separately, but you can have it set automatically by activating the option in your settings.
• Amazon: Do you sell on amazon And if you have connected your Amazon shop to your Billbee account, you can activate the option in your shop settings at Billbee so that the marketplace from which the order was read in is stored as a tag. This is particularly advisable if you not only sell on the German Amazon marketplace, but also in other countries.
