Process automation with chains of action

Imagine the typical ordering process:

• The order is made from your connected Shop system or from your connected marketplace Read into Billbee.
• Die reckoning The order is created, sent to your customer by email, in your Invoice archive filed and sent to your accounting system uploaded.
• The payment is received on your account connected to Billbee and is assigned to the correct order.
• When payment is received, it can be done with the shipping Go further. A shipping label is created and printed out. The customer receives an email as Dispatch confirmation with all shipment information, such as the tracking link.
• Once the shipment has been processed, you would like the customer to receive another one two weeks after the order has been shipped email send and ask for a review of your product or online shop. On the train, you also send a digital file, such as DIY instructions, recipe ideas or other PDF documents as a “thank you” for the purchase.
